FINANCE & LICENSE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

1. License Authorization

This document serves as the official agreement for the acquisition of the Level 3 License from Vantage Capital Trustee. Access privileges are granted strictly upon cryptographic verification of the transferred funds.

2. Cryptographic Security & Settlement

All settlements are processed via secure blockchain gateways (BTC/ETH). Vantage Capital Trustee guarantees 256-bit SSL encryption for all portal interactions. Once the transaction achieves required network confirmations, the license state will automatically transition to "Active".
